Jerry J. Gruzewski has been involved in numerous architectural and urban planning projects throughout his career.

Bright Meadow Estate (Jasna Polana) – Princeton, New Jersey, USA

Directed the reconstruction and interior design of a 57,850 square-foot residence for Mrs. Barbara Piasecka Johnson. This estate is now known as the TPC Jasna Polana, a PGA Tour Golf Resort.

Saadiyat Island Development – Abu Dhabi, UAE

Provided quality assurance and project management services for this $24 billion mixed-use development spanning 2,430 hectares. The project included cultural institutions, residential areas, and commercial spaces.

King Abdulaziz Center for Knowledge and Culture – Dhahran, Saudi Arabia

Served as Operations Director, overseeing architectural services for this 65,000 square-meter cultural center commissioned by Saudi Aramco to commemorate its 75th anniversary.

Porto Jumeirah Development – Dubai, UAE

Acted as Project Director for this $1.1 billion mixed-use development, which included hospitality and residential components. Responsibilities encompassed financial modeling, design guidelines creation, and consultant coordination.

Olympia Beach Resort – Greece

Led the design of this $138 million resort project, which featured hospitality and recreational facilities.
